Cancellation Policy

At Salt Cave Santa Barbara, we want to ensure that your appointment is well-prepared before your arrival. However, when a client cancels without enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. We have costs for our booked therapists. We would like to ask you to provide 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Just so you know, you will not be charged for the cancelled appointment or any resulting changes. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $100 charge per person for the cancelled reservation. Any no-show to an appointment will result in the full amount. be charged for your scheduled service for the missed appointment.

Services Refund Policy.

We always do our best to make our clients happy, but we want to ensure you know that once you purchase any of our services, it’s non-refundable. As a small business, we’re not able to offer refunds for appointments, sessions, service packages, or service series, regardless of whether or not they’ve been used. Any adjustments to the service price or consideration for service credit must be discussed with our general manager on the day of your visit.
