SOUND HEALING
We offer special Salt Cave Sound Healing sessions that last 45 minutes. During the session, you’ll experience the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls that are expertly tuned to the frequency of 432hz – the same frequency as the universe. It’s a truly unique and relaxing experience!
Within each of us lies seven fundamental energy centers, or chakras, that play a crucial role in our personal development. Through sound healing, we can journey from the lower three chakras (root, sacral, and solar plexus) to the fourth chakra, the heart, where spiritual growth is nurtured. Each energy center resonates with a unique frequency, and each bowl is expertly tuned to match a specific chakra, creating balance and harmony within us.
