What is a Salt Cave Session?

Beginning on the hour every hour, our cave meditation sessions last 45 relaxing and rejuvenating minutes. The air in the caves is infused with micro-salt particles that impart a therapeutic benefit when inhaled. Halotherapy, simply breathing in air saturated with salt particles, is known to be a natural and effective way to improve respiratory health. Our cave is the perfect place to escape, heal your body, and refresh your mind.

  • Meditation sessions are held Mondays 11 am – 4:45 pm / Tuesdays – Sundays 10 am – 5:45 pm
  • Up to 14 people per session, mixed parties allowed.
  • You can reserve multiple names under one reservation.
  • Redeem your Groupon / ClassPass at the desk.

Spend up to 45 minutes in a therapeutic crystal Himalayan salt cave. Recline, lay down, sit, and meditate. Come out renewed!

  • Adults: one session $28
  • Seniors (Age 62+): one session $23
  • Children ages 15+ one session: $28

Cave Sessions General:

  • Young children and infants not allowed unless private booking.
  • Pets and comfort animals are not allowed in cave for hygiene reasons.
  • ADA identified service animals and their owners per ADA are allowed in all of our facilities per appointment to allow us to prepare for your visit.
  • Minors can book (15 and above) and must be accompanied by an adult.

General Guidelines in Cave Sessions:

  • No nudity.
  • Please turn off your phones once the music/session starts.
  • No vaping or smoking.
  • Cave temp is 72 degrees, allow for comfortable clothing.

Late Arrival:

  • Due to the meditative nature of cave sessions, LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED AFTER A SESSION HAS STARTED. WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the hour to check-in.

PRIVATE CAVE RENTAL RATES:

  • For up to 18 people
  • Mon-Thurs 60 min $400/hour, $200 each additional hour
  • Fri-Sun 60 min $495/hour, $250 for each additional hour
  • A 50% deposit is due with reservation, refundable if the event is canceled no less than 72 hours before
