AMAZING MEDITATION SESSION.
Did the salt cave meditation and it was amazing. 45 minutes of taking in the Himalayan salt cave and serene energy while calming meditation music played. we sat in zero-gravity chairs and I also lay directly on the salt floor at one point for full absorption. they also have a shop where you can purchase all things salt! 10/10 definitely recommend and will be returning with my parents 🙂

I use this lotion all year long and my hands have yet to crack and bleed. I am a childcare provider that washes my hands many times a day and washes dishes in extremely hot water a few times a day as well. We start by freezing blocks of purified water. When the ice is ready, we use a block shaver to shave super fluffy snow like ice into a traditional flower cup. Then we pour our delicious homemade syrups over the top. If you like ice cream we recommend adding a scoop of ice cream on the bottom of your shave ice to create a creamy base. You can also choose from a few toppings such as Sno-Cap (sweet condensed milk), organic coconut shavings, mochi, and/or Tajin.

Our Story

In the earlier part of 2013 my wife mentioned she wished there was a shave ice place in Santa Barbara. I had never had a shave ice so I asked “you mean like a snow cone?” She laughed and explained shave ice is MUCH better than a snow cone. Having never experienced shave ice, I really didn’t know the difference. In March of 2014 I took a vacation to Maui with my wife and daugther. On the second day of our trip my wife suggested we go get shave ice…. I’ve been hooked ever since.

After returning home from that vacation it didn’t take long before I purchased my first ice shaver and began attempting to make my own syrups. My good friend Marek was intrigued by my new obsession and shared interest in bringing shave ice to Santa Barbara. The two of us spent countless hours experimenting and documenting our findings. I’m sure glad we did because we now have the opportunity to share ParadICE with you!
